This work is an extension of my own personal journey and it’s why I believe in it so deeply.
There comes a moment when being high-functioning stops feeling fulfilling, and when your ability to hold it all and be there for everyone shifts from being a strength to feeling like a weight.
For years, I moved fast and said “yes” to everything, believing that was what made me valuable.
Whether I was working in the corporate world or leading teams in the nonprofit sector, I carried a quiet belief: the more I took on, the more worthy I would be.
On the surface, it worked. I built a strong career, led meaningful projects, and was trusted by others. But inside, I was exhausted. I didn’t realize how disconnected I had become from myself. I was making decisions from my mind while ignoring the quiet signals in my body. I sensed when something felt off, but I rationalized it away.
It wasn’t until I slowed down and faced this truth that I discovered another way: one rooted in self-trust, authenticity, and alignment. Now, my work is about helping other women make that same shift: from proving themselves through doing more, to living in a way that feels true, sustainable, and deeply their own.
Besides being heart-led and deeply empathetic…
I deeply understand the pressure that come with high-stakes jobs, expectations, constant output, and navigating complex team dynamics after working 12 years in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
I am a Certified Professional Coach with Integral Coaching Canada™, a method that’s based on and widely recognized for its comprehensive and rigorous theory of human development.
Empathic attunement is at the heart of my work. I bring a finely tuned sensitivity that allows me to meet clients both in the depth of their challenges and in the excitement of their goals. This way of working fosters an atmosphere where vulnerability and self-awareness can naturally deepen.

I’ve been in your shoes.
I know what it feels like to carry the weight of it all, and I also know the freedom of finally putting it down. That’s why I’ve dedicated my work to creating safe, grounded spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity and confidence.
